The hotel is conveniently located in the center, making it easy to explore the charming town of Borgomanero. With private parking available, there's no need to worry about finding a spot for your car. the room and bathroom are spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. the staff, although limited in English, are friendly and willing to assist. the nice cappuccino prepared by the only staff member we encountered added a nice touch to the stay.
The breakfast options could use improvement.

The room was really spacious, perfect for my family Christmas trip. the location was great, close to charming streets to walk around and easy driving distance to beautiful lakes in the region. We also enjoyed having private parking for our car, a great convenience.
The old carpet in the room gave off a strange smell that wasn't too pleasant. the structure of the place could use some maintenance.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The room was spacious, which was perfect for us as we wanted to relax and enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated their helpfulness. The location was ideal as it was close to many nearby attractions that we wanted to visit during our stay. we enjoyed the private parking, which made coming and going easy.
While the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast was not up to par with our expectations for a three-star hotel.
